Starpoint High School Recognizes Student of the Month Honorees
On June 4, 2026, Starpoint High School was proud to recognize twenty outstanding students who were as Student of the Month recipients. This distinguished honor celebrates students who have demonstrated exceptional academic achievement, positive character, leadership, and meaningful contributions to both the school and the Starpoint community.
Selection as a Student of the Month recipient represents far more than strong grades. These students have consistently exemplified dedication, responsibility, and a commitment to excellence throughout their high school careers. Their achievements reflect years of hard work, perseverance, and involvement in activities that have positively impacted their classmates, school, and community.
For these students, the recognition serves as a culmination of their efforts through the completion of their junior year. Chosen from a highly accomplished class, only twenty students earned this distinction, making it one of the highest student recognitions awarded at Starpoint High School.
The Student of the Month program highlights individuals who embody the values of academic success, citizenship, leadership, and service. Each recipient has demonstrated a commitment to personal growth while contributing to a positive school culture and strengthening connections within the broader Starpoint community.

We wanted to send a congratulations to the Starpoint High School Musical Club cast, crew and orchestra of Disney's Frozen for their outstanding performance at Shea's Performing Arts Center on May 16th at The Wonder Awards ceremony.
Natalie Prosser, Braelyn Szpilewski and Carter Maier were finalists for Best Performance by an Actor/Actress and performed in the opening number as finalists for The Jimmy Awards. They participated in a week-long intensive STAGE program, which is a selective conservatory-style deep dive into singing, acting, dancing, and storytelling. Additionally, Joey Misztal was recognized as part of the "All Star Cast" for this year's show. The cast performed a 5 minute medley on stage at Shea's that evening. We took home two "Wonder Awards" including Outstanding Execution by a Crew (for the number, "Let it Go") and the Showstopper Award for the song, "End this Winter/Monster". We are so incredibly proud of our talented performers and students, but most of all of their character that was represented as they celebrated the success of peers from other schools.
Attached are some photos and backstage video footage of their performance! As always, thank you to the Starpoint community for your continuous support of this program and the arts!
Sincerely,
The Directing Team
