The Starpoint community has the opportunity to participate in the Teen Opinions Count survey. This is aninitiative of the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation to find out what teens are most interested in doing when not in school so that they can support these activities. The Foundation has already set aside several million dollars to support initiatives that are guided by the results.
Starpoint is included in one of the counties the Wilson Foundation is targeting for where they wish to focus future investments. The Wilson Foundation is committed to supporting youth and their pathways to success. For this project, our goal is to collect information from teens (grades 7-12) and adults (e.g., parents/caregivers, teachers, youth service providers, administrators, counselors, etc.).
