Track Use

  • TRACK USE RULES
    The track at Starpoint High School is now open for district residents to use after school hours and athletic events/practices (approximately 6:00 p.m. until dusk) Monday--Saturday.  A new entrance to the track has been added at the northwest corner in front of the concession stand. The track is closed on Sundays. 

     

    Summer Hours---Monday--Friday  7:00 am until dusk, Saturdays 7:00 am-2:45 pm


    Please observe the following rules that will be posted at the entrance:

    • Walkers should stay to the outside lanes when possible
    • No strollers
    • No pets
    • No littering – please use the trash receptacles
    • Absolutely no glass bottles or containers
    • No climbing/playing on or under the bleachers
    • No other games or sports
    • No walking/running on football field at any time
    • No climbing on fences/backstops/steeple chase area
    • No dragging anything on the track surface
    • Any reported vandalism will terminate track use

    ABSOLUTELY NO VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED NEAR THE TRACK OR ON THE WALKWAY ADJACENT TO THE TRACK.  ALL VEHICLES MUST BE PARKED IN THE DESIGNATED PARKING AREA.
