While school is closed please contact your child’s mental health provider/pediatrician in the event of an emergency. If your child is not linked with a mental health provider or it is after hours please contact Niagara County Crisis Services.Crisis Services is a program offered by the Niagara County Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services to residents of Niagara County. Crisis Services Phone Aides are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide a confidential resource through which you can receive referrals for services that are needed. Examples include; housing, counseling, substance abuse treatment, food pantries and other community resources. Callers can ask questions, share concerns, and receive assistance for themselves or someone they know who may be in crisis by calling 285-3515.

Brenda Angelucci is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York State. She has been employed at Starpoint Schools since February 2000. In addition to her tenure at Starpoint, Brenda has worked in the field of eating disorders, adult mental health and foster care. She received her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Buffalo State College in 1991. She also earned her Master's degree with a concentration in Child Welfare from the University of Buffalo in 1994.
