    The Starpoint Central School District thanks the following organizations and individuals for their generous donations.
     
    August 2018
    Anglea DePasquale-Glena donated $72.00 designated for the Commemorative Brick Walkway.
    Frances Morgan donated $72.00 designated for the Commemorative Brick Walkway.

    Michael and Lisa Nunzio donated a Noblet clarinet to the Regan Intermediate School Band program.
     
    June 2018
    The Starpoint PTA donated $1,735.00 and the Elementary Student Council donated $500.00.  The funds are to be used as follows: $500.00 for the Kindergarten field trip, $500.00 for the Regan Intermediate School Musical, $335.00 for the Regan Intermediate School field days and $900.00 for the 3rd grade Mother's Day and Father's Day programs.
     
    May 2018
    The Starpoint PTA donated $4,281.25 to be used for the following programs: 2nd grade planetarium field trip, 4th grade engineering program, Slyboots, School of Music, Art & Dance multicultural program, 8th grade wreath placement in Washington, D.C., multicultural event night held in the Middle School, unified basketball team, HS musical banquet, Botanical Gardens field trip, and the Star Spartan program.
     
    January 2018
    The Starpoint PTA donated $2,240.00 to be used for the following programs: Fricano Math Night, 1st grade holiday party, Fricano field days, 2nd grade tie dye, Kindergarten field trip, 5th grade Drama Club, dance instructor and the HS Drama Club.
     
    Falcon Aquatics donated $300.00 to be used for pool maintenance.
     
    November 2017
    The Starpoint PTA donated $1,300.00 to be used as follows: $200.00 for a HS Art speaker, $200.00 for HS Health program, $100.00 for the Outdoot Club, $800.00 for Regan intermediate School tee shirts.
     
    October 2017
    The Dale L. Askey Memorial Fund donated $300.00 designated for guest artist Fotini Galanes. 
     
    September 2017
    Dennis Scovazzo, James Scovazzo and Lisa Scovazzo donated $180.00 to the Commemorative Brick Walkway Project.
     
    July 2017
    Mr. & Mrs. Frank and Teri Remillard donated $50.00 to the Regan Intermediate School Student Council in memory of Benjamin Wasik.
      
    June 2017
    The Starpoint PTA donated $2,300.00 to be used as follows: $600.00 for the second grade field trip, $600.00 for the sixth grade field trip, $600.00 for the seventh grade field trip, $500.00 for the High School "Arts in Education Program".
     
    May 2017
    The Starpoint PTA donated five (5) SMARTboards which teachers earned through the PTA SMARTboard Challenge.  Teachers submitted a lesson plan in which they used instructional strategies in the classroom.  The winning teachers are: Carolee Fraass, Sarah Anthon, Cristina Hiscock, Jillian Yaeger, Jennifer Yates. 
     
    The Starpoint PTA donated profits from the Middle School and K-5 Book Fairs totaling $2,000.00.  Proceeds were donated as follows: $1,600.00 to the Middle School library to purchase Maker Space hands-on learning equipment and activities and $400.00 each to the Fricano Primary and RIS libraries to replenish their book collections.
     
    The Starpoint PTA donated a total of $3,150.00 to be used for the following: $750.00 to Fricano Primary for the 1st grade field trip, $450.00 to help purchase an Ellison Die Cut, $1,800.00 to Regan Intermediate - $600.00 for each of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade field trips, $300.00 to Middle School for the 8th grade wreath placement, $300.00 to the High School for the Star Spartan Program.
     
    Robert and Mary Brown donated $1,000.00 to the Katlyn Gosch Memorial Scholarship Fund.
     
    Jacqueline Cabral donated $100.00 to the Regan Intermediate library in memory of Benjamin Wasik, 4th grade student at Regan Intermediate School.
     
    Susan Colton donated a classical guitar and bass amplifier to the Middle School Music Dept.

    The Starpoint PTA donated $750.00; $150.00 designated for the Fricano Field Days, $300.00 donated for Math Night at Fricano Primary School and $300.00 for a Kindergarten Field Trip.

    Mr. Lee Briggs donated an Andreas Eastman Trumpet, model #ETR420 and a Selmar Saxophone, model #AS500 to the Middle School music program.
     
    January 2017
    The Starpoint PTA donated $800.00; $200.00 designated for the DIY Club and $600.00 designated for the 5th Grade Turkey Trot.

    The Starpoint PTA donated $1,500.00; $600.00 designated for Kindergarten and First Grade field trips;  $900.00 divided between the following High School clubs - Game Club, Outdoor Club, Math Honor Society, Foreign Language Club and the English Department.

    The Starpoint PTA donated $800.00 designated for the 6th Grade field trip and for the HS Sophomore RAP Health program.
     
    Joan Stoll donated a Young Chang upright piano which will be used in the daily instruction of Middles School Chorus students.

    The Starpoint PTA donated $5,425.00 designated for the following: Field trips for students in the Fricano Primary School and Douglas J. Regan Intermediate School, the Middle School trip to Washington, D.C. and in the High School for the Link Crew for team building, the Star Spartan program, the Earth Science portable planetarium and the choral clinic with Lewiston Porter School.

    The Starpoint PTA donated $1,635.00 designated for the following: PARP(Parents as Reading Partners), a field trip to see Mary Poppins and to help fund a 7th Grade field trip to Shea's Performing Art Center. 
     
    Mr. William Allard donated a Sports Art fitness - XT50 Cross Trainer to the High School Athletic Department.

    Mr. Robert Webb donated a Baldwin Baby Grand Digital Piano GPS2500 to the Starpoint Music Department.
     
    The Starpoint PTA donated $525.00 to be used for a trauma presentation by Dr. Tonemah and for the field days at the Fricano Primary School.

    The Starpoint PTA donated $1,380.00 designated for the following: the Jazz Band, Arts in Education program, February "Math Night", the Food Pantry Project, the Math Honor Society and the Wellness Fair.

    James and Diane Askey through The Dale L. Askey Memorial Fund donated $1,500.00 to be used for caricature artist, Christina DeNee' Reilly to introduce and instruct students on the step-by-step process used to create caricature drawings.
