Classroom Management:

I believe that kindergarten students are capable of being responsible for, and reflective of, their own behavior. I believe that behavior education should focus on breeding responsibility for our words and actions. 

We use a classroom currency system to positively enforce students' positive behavior. At the end of the week, kids can shop at the class store with their earned "dollars"
