    Desk Pets: Throughout the school year, your child will be given the opportunity to earn "desk pets" for positive behavior. 
     
    What is a desk pet??
    -A desk pet is a fun item (animals, sports, foods, etc.) that students collect throughout the school year. Students will be given a special "home" (a small container) to keep and collect their desks pets. The desk pets will remain in their desks. Once their container is full, they can take home all of the wonderful desk pets they have collected and start again!
     
    Examples of positive choices: helping a friend/teacher, giving a compliment, displaying classroom rules consistently.
