Substitute Teacher Application 

Certified Substitutes: $130/day (1-20 days) 

                                     $150/day (21-90 days) 

                                     Step 1 BA/MA daily rate (91+ days) 

Non-certified Substitutes:  $115/day

Building Based Substitutes:

                                    $150/day (days 1-90) 

                                    Step 1 BA/MA daily rate (91+ days) 

Long-Term Substitutes:

                                     $150/day (1-29 days in same assignment)

                                    Step 1 BA/MA daily rate (30+ days in same assignment)   

Must have a Bachelor's Degree or be currently enrolled in an accredited education preparation program.

To obtain an application, please see Kathy Baich (210-2348), Payroll Clerk, in the Business Office between 8:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Please bring your driver's license, social security card, and a copy of your degree (or proof/transcripts that you are currently enrolled in an accredited education preparation program) and current teaching certification with you when you come to pick up an application.
