MISSION STATEMENT - Mr. Johnson's Classroom Mission Statement

As a 7th grade Social Studies teacher, I will provide a safe and healthy learning environment where my students are encouraged to take risks and become actively involved with their learning.  I will develop and implement instructional strategies that focus on student-centered learning and are parallel with the New York State Learning Standards.  Students will arrive in my classroom daily knowing they will be treated as an individual and that respect is mandatory!
