My name is Andrea Bové and I am very excited to be one of the school counselors at Starpoint Middle School! I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Special Education (Grades 7-12) and English Education (Grades 5-12) from Niagara University. I also received my Master's Degree in School Counseling from Niagara University!I am looking so forward to working with each and every student, parent, and teacher within our building! As a school counselor, my primary responsibility is to assist students academically, personally, and socially. I facilitate individual counseling, group counseling, as well as classroom lessons to help each and every student be a success! In addition to helping students during the school day, I am also the advisor of the Kindness Club and the co-advisor of National Junior Honor Society, which both meet after school. In addition, I serve as the Chairperson for the Student of the Month Committee.Here at Starpoint, everyone is a valued member of our school community.
