    B Day

    • As we finish off the month of March we have another activity to promote inclusivity in our school. Your homeroom teacher will give you a post it note. On the post-it, write down an idea of something you can do to make Starpoint Middle School a more inclusive place. Ideas can include things like celebrating differences among your peers, asking questions to learn more about a classmate, inviting classmates to join your group, sticking up for someone, trying out a new game or sport that someone in your class is interested in, and many more. Remember being inclusive does NOT mean that everyone has to fit into one mold, it DOES mean that everyone feels welcomed, safe, and like they belong. Even though March is coming to an end, let's continue to promote inclusivity each and every day. We will be putting together all of the post-its into a giant collage to represent our pledge to making SMS a positive and inclusive place to be.
    • Attention students! This week there will be basket raffles during lunches. Each ticket is $1 and all money raised will go to the P.U.N.T. organization. Don't miss out on the opportunity to win a $75 Amazon gift card, movie basket, candy basket, and many more.
