Welcome to Starpoint Central School District's Human Resources Department.  Our department supports our District's mission of empowering students to reach their maximum potential by facilitating the recruiting and hiring of enthusiastic and dedicated staff in the schools, programs, & departments within the District.  Along with this goal, we provide support to our employees in areas such as benefits, labor/management relationships, graduate credits and salaries.  Also, we are the resource for subjects such as employer/employee contract administration, employee leaves, resignations, retirements, postings, substitute requests, & other related general information.
