Welcome to Mrs. Fanara's Readers and Writers Workshop!!

I have been teaching at Starpoint for many years, let's not count!!  I have taught remedial reading, co-taught many Social Studies classes, acted as a Literacy Coach and am currently teaching a Readers/Writers Workshop to grades 6 and 8.  I am also a dance teacher and I teach 3 classes a week.  I am married, have two beautiful daughters, a puppy and two birds!  At school, I am co advisor to the book club, a Family group facilitator for Safe School Ambassadors and serve on many committees.  Starpoint is a family I am proud to be a part of!!

I am excited to share my love of reading and writing with your children and create a community of lifelong readers.
