    • Last night the Wrestling team traveled to Iroquois to face Iroquois, pioneer, and Springville. Earning wins for the Spartans were Zachary Ely, joe Fedder, Jake “the snake” wurstner, and Luke Clark. They will get back to work and look to win on Thursday at Starpoint.

    • The modified boys basketball team lost to Williamsville South last night 41-36.  The Spartans made a great comeback late in the game, but ran out of time.  The team was led by Cohen Vogel who had 15 points and 5 steals, and Richie Deney who had a team high 15 rebounds.

    • The Lady Spartans basketball team stayed undefeated on the season with a gritty 27-19 win over Williamsville South. Leading the way for the Spartans in scoring was Emily Papaj with 10, Sienna Budz with 6, and Sophia Walizeski with 5 including a 3 at the buzzer. Great team win, ladies!

    • The Modified Swim Team traveled to Amherst and battled the Tigers in their first meet of the season. The boys medley relay dominated the pool with a time of 2:21.19. Kaylee Weiersheiser set a PR in the 100 Free with a time of 1:12.20. Hayden Schuler also set a new PR in the 50 fly with a time of 36.03. Maddie Wilger had a strong swim in the 50 free with a time of 37.68. Congratulations to the mighty Spartans on an awesome meet! Come support the team on Thursday as they go head to head with the Lake Shore Eagles at Starpoint at 6:00pm.

Natalie O’Brien scored two goals including the game winning OT goal to seal the 5-4 victory. Natalee Lawrence, Marina Madsen, and Faith O’Connor all had wonderful efforts in this historical victory.

    • Congratulations to the Modified Boys Basketball team on their season-opening 45-31 victory over Amherst last night.
