• New York State Public School Districts are required to develop a district wide RTI Plan. This plan is used to follow protcol for the implementation and monitoring of the three tiered RTI system within our district. School districts will review, monitor and update these plans to reflect the practice and process of facilitating a highly effective Response to Intervention program. The Starpoint Central School District is regularly reviewing and updating its plan to align to federal and state guidlines along with the evaluation of the success of our students and the ability to meet their academic needs.
