    • Summer pickup soccer is under way and turnouts have been better than expected. Once again this is open to Varsity and JV girls and boys and all 8th graders trying out for JV this fall. Come out and get some important touches on the ball and keep in shape for tryouts in August. Cleats and shin guards are required. Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-8pm Middle school field.

    • Our music department will present a spring concert "THIS IS ME" this Thursday evening at 7:00 P.M. in the Auditorium. 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Choirs will perform some great Broadway and pop tunes. There will be special song dedications and we will reveal next year's musical. Hope to see everyone there for a beautiful celebration of who we are and the power of music.

    • The boys modified baseball team beat Pioneer yesterday 17-1. Sean Duffy was the winning pitcher with 4 great innings. The team had 16 hits. Jack Hawkins and Avery Webb had multiple hits. Zach Genkinger led The team with three hits in four at bats. Next game is today at Williamsville East, great job boys.

    • This is it! The last Starmart drawing for the year will have 5 winners. The winners will receive 2 tickets for free ice cream to Uncle G's. Get your starbucks into the bins!

    • The PTA will be hosting the first annual Color Run and Wellness Fair on May 3rd from 5-8 PM. Registration forms can be found in the main office. Deadlines for registration is today.

    • TO: ALL Current HS Pep Band members & All 8th graders who have signed up for Pep Band in the fall, there will be a rehearsal after school (2:30-3: 10 pm) tomorrow (THURS) in the HS Band room! Hope to see you all there!

    • Attention Middle School Jazz Ensemble students! Rehearsal is cancelled today and will not meet during 12th period! Mrs. Teichman will reschedule for another day. Again, Mrs. Teichman’s middle school jazz ensemble is cancelled for today.

    • On Saturday, May 11th, you can venture to the Starpoint High School Gym for the 6th Annual Arts and Crafts Fair. Come enjoy art workshops, henna tattoos, eat some snacks and listen to music. There are over 100 student vendors this year so come buy crafts from them!

    • Movie Making Club will be meeting in the LMC during 12th period.

    • Do you like to eat snacks and read with your friends? If so, join Mrs. Niziol and Mrs. Fanara in Book Club today in Mrs. Fanara's room 12th period! Shay-Lynn, don't forget snack!

    • Morning announcements crew: Stop outside of the LMC to grab your May schedule or check your shared folder in your drive.

    • Just a reminder that Cafe will be open today from 2:30-6:30pm. If you are planning to stay during 12th period you must sign up outside the auditorium by tomorrow at noon. All other students may come at the conclusion of 12th period.

    • There will be an interest meeting for the Quebec City Field Trip on Thursday, May 2nd in the middle school auditorium during 12th period. This meeting is only for current 7th and 8th grade students and 6th grade students taking a foreign language next year.

    • Fall Sports Meeting will be today in the Middle School gym during 12th period. If you are interested in playing soccer, football, cross country, volleyball , field hockey, golf, girl's tennis, or cheerleading you must attend.

    • Attention all 8th grade football players: Thee is a mandatory meeting Thursday at 2:30 in the High School 3rd gym. See Coach Aquino or Coach Cavagnaro for questions.

    • There will be an interest meeting for Varsity Cross Country on Thursday, May 2nd during 12th period in Room L-13 of the high school. That's Thursday, May 2nd during 12th period.

    • Attention any girls interested in trying out for Tennis next fall. There will be a mandatory meeting after school, Thursday, May 2nd, in room L-14 in the High School. See Mr. Daugherty with any questions or concerns.

    • There will be a general interest meeting on Friday, May 3rd for those students planning on trying out for the golf team in the fall. The meeting will be held in k-5 (Mr. Anastasi's room) in the high school after school. Any student planning on trying out in the fall should attend. Please see Mr. Anastasi if you cannot attend.
