Welcome, Parents and Students!

Hello, I am Clement Smith, School Counselor at Starpoint High School!

I earned a Master of Science in Education and my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University at Buffalo.  I also was a member of the men's basketball team at UB and team captain during my junior and senior years.  

I have worked in the field of school counseling since 2005 and thoroughly enjoy helping students achieve their goals and learn what they are capable of.   My focus is on academics, future planning, and social-emotional improvement.

I am the advisor for VYO (Voice Your Opinion Club) and a member of the Building Leadership Team.
