    Registration is now open for spring 2023.
    Help juniors increase their access to scholarship opportunities by encouraging them to register for the spring SAT exams.

    *PB & J Scholarship for current seniors who plan on attending a 2 or 4-year college.   Who have experienced personal challenges that may not have allowed them to perform well academically, but who still have the drive to succeed.  The deadline is May 31, 2023.  Scan the QR code outside Student Services.     * An Engineering Scholarship is now available for Seniors planning to major in Engineering or Technology in the fall. The application deadline is June 1, 2023.  You'll find the application on the Student Services Scholarship page. (6/1)
     
    *WHEATFIELD BUSINESS ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP:   Apply if: • You are a resident of the Town of Wheatfield.  • You are a graduating senior.  • You have been accepted to an accredited college, university,
    trade school, or trade program.  The application is on the Student Services scholarship page.  (6/2)
     
    *For High School Seniors | Excelsior Scholarship : HESC has announced that the 2023 - 2024 application for the Excelsior Scholarship will be available beginning May 23.     *Students:   All lunch balances must be paid in full by May 26th.  No lunch charges will be allowed after this date.  Seniors will not be able to receive their yearbook, cap & gown, or graduation tickets if they have a lunch balance.  155 students still owe lunch money to the cafeteria.  Please make sure you pay your balance off by the end of the day.     *Seniors: When you are done with your Chromebook, please turn it in along with your charger to the library, handing it ONLY to Mrs. Larson or Mrs. Toczek.  Do NOT leave your equipment with a student helper.  Those who do not turn their assigned equipment in and those who have unpaid equipment balances will not receive their yearbook, cap and gown or graduation tickets.    All Chromebooks and Chargers must be returned by June 9th.   (6/9)

    *Starpoint Theater Camp will run this summer for a two-week program. 
    Week One: June 27, 28, 29, 30 
    Week Two: July 3, 5, 6, 7
    Hours: 9am to 4pm.  
    There will be a Culminating Performance on Friday, July 7, from 6-8pm.
    Enrollment: $300.  
    Open to students entering grades 3-9.  Enrollment must be at 37 students or greater by June 22 or the program will not run and all monies will be refunded.  Enrollment is capped at 65 students.
    Description: 
    Students will participate in a variety of acting, movement, vocal, and dance classes. Every student will play a role in our final performance at the end of the second week.  Students should pack a water bottle and a lunch daily.  Register on the Starpoint Community Education website by June 20.  (6/20)

    *Yesterday, the Middle & High School Technology Clubs participated in Tech Wars at Erie County Community College.  Our High School team did better than ever before, bringing home three first place finishes!  Logan Lemieux took 1st place in the Static Competition for his remote-control snowmobile.  Emily Milleville and Anna Solar took 1st place in the On-Site Engineering Challenge, and Benjamin Wichhart took 1st place in the CAM challenge.  The VEX robotics team composed of Benjamin Wichhart, Austin Kunkel, Liam Keelty, and Avi Patel brought home a 2nd place medal.  Finishing 3rd place in the King of the Hill competition was Connor Proefrock.  It was a fun day, and everyone that participated did an excellent job!     (5/26)

    Boys Lacrosse, Frankie Carderella. Frankie scored 4 goals and added an assist in the team's triple overtime game against North Tonawanda.
