All About Mr. Mariglia
All About Mr. Mariglia A little background about him.... Education: Mr. Mariglia attended LaSalle Senior High School in Niagara Falls and graduated 5th in his class in 1992. He then attended both NCCC and Buffalo State College earning an Associate's Degree in Social Sciences / Humanities and a Bachelor's of Arts in Social Studies Education. Mr. M. graduated with Honors from NCCC in 1994 and was a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Buff State in 1996. From there Mr. M. earned his Master of Science in Educational Administration & Supervision in 2002 from Niagara University. Teaching Experience: Mr. Mariglia did his student teaching at Starpoint Jr./Sr. High School in the fall of 1996 with Mrs. Stasiowski. He then moved on to Lake Shore Middle School under the tutelage of Mr. Kowal. Mr. Mariglia has spent his entire 13 year career teaching at Starpoint. During that time, he has taught grades 7,8,10,11 & 12 including a short time as the Academic Learning Center coordinator in the High School. Mr. Mariglia currently heads up Starpoint Middle School's STHL. (Starpoint Table Hockey League).
Coaching Experience: Mr. Mariglia has coached the following sports here at Starpoint: JV Football Coach: 2007 Varsity Football: Assistant & Stat Keeper 1996-2003, 2009 Modified Football: Head Coach 2003-2006 JV Baseball: Head Coach 1998-2000 Modified Baseball: Head Coach 2006 Varisty Baseball: Assistant 1997-98 & 2007-present Currently, Mr. Mariglia is the husband to a beautiful wife named Kristine and the father to a daughter named Allison.
