Article 58-9. Annual report.

The enforcement official shall annually submit a report to the Town Board on or before April 1 containing such information as the Town Board shall prescribe by resolution, including but not limited to the number and category of inspections conducted during the Town's preceding fiscal year, the number of violations and abatement thereof, the number and type of permits issued, and recommendations for improving the administration and enforcement of the Uniform Code.
