Article 58-2

Article 58-2. Notification of county and state.

The Town Clerk of this Town shall forthwith cause a certified copy of this article to be recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Niagara, New York, and shall also within 10 days from the adoption thereof cause a certified copy of this article to be filed in the State Department of Audit and Control at Albany, New York.
