Article 43-4

Article 43-4. Referendum.

This article shall be subject to a mandatory referendum and shall take effect, subject to compliance with the provisions of Article 23, Subdivision 1, of the Municipal Home Rule Law, when filed in the office of the Secretary of State pursuant to Article 27 of such law.
