Article 43-3

Article 43-3. Term established.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 24 of the Town Law, the term of office of the Town Clerk in the Town of Lockport elected at the election in November 1997 and of all Town Clerks in the Town of Lockport elected thereafter shall be four years.
