Article 43-1

Article 43-1. Term established.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 24 of the Town Law, the term of office of the Superintendent of Highways in the Town of Lockport elected at the election in November 1997 and of all Superintendents of Highways in the Town of Lockport elected thereafter shall be four years.
